Ceramic

For an extended period of my life in India I practiced tea ceremony intensively.

It was quite natural that I started to make my own tea utensils.

I studied and also owned some antique ceramic pieces inspiring my journey into ceramic. I learned from them that a lot has been explored already in the past.
I felt there is nothing to invent but to find my own shape and texture.

They appear to me as a mirror of the potter.

I came to my personal understanding that simplicity and sincerity are all that is needed, perhaps especially for potters.
